Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your WodStrat account and all associated data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the WodStrat app on your device
- Go to the Settings tab (bottom navigation)
- Scroll to the Account section
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your user account (email, Google profile information)
- Your athlete profile (name, physical attributes, goals)
- All benchmark results and history
- All workout data, workout results, and AI-generated strategy insights
- Skill progression data (unlocked skills, progression levels)
- AI skill development plans and session progress
- Achievement badges, workout streaks, and experience points
- My Hub AI coaching content (analysis, programmes, objectives)
- Subscription records
- AI usage history
Timeframe
Account deletion is immediate. Once confirmed, your data is permanently deleted from our database and cannot be recovered.
Active Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Play Store subscription. To avoid being charged after deleting your account, cancel your subscription first:
- iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > WodStrat > Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > WodStrat > Cancel

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing wodstratinfo@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days.
